ZEN - Church in your own Mind and God in your Self!

Zen is mysticism in a fatherless time. It is the living core of every religion, in which the only thing that matters is practice - religious experience, realization. This way we can find our father again and free him from the belly of the beast. It's not about proofs of God but about experiences of God!

Zen meditation aims at a breakthrough of a consciousness limited by the I-form into the Non-I-like Self. An experience of religious transformation and a mystical experience, with its preliminary stages consisting of “letting go” and “emptying images and ideas”. The word that awakens my soul to life.

Entering the Way

The Way is originally without words, but we use words to reveal the Way. People who truly embody the path penetrate its spirit and clarify its foundations. They peel off thousands upon thousands of layers of sweaty shirts that cling to their skin and open up to awaken to the true, true, unchanging essence that is exactly as they are. Pristinely real and pure and luminous and wondrous, completely empty and completely still.

Now is the Time

To study the path, you should take a step back and study with your whole being. Make birth and death your only thought. Worldly truth is transitory, this body is not eternal. As soon as you stop breathing, it's already another life. If you give birth again, you may sink into a non-human species and then continue to live for thousands of lifetimes through countless ages without emerging.

Fortunately, you still have enough time at the moment. Now is the time to turn to the path every moment, without your mind wavering or your attention waning. Recognize it right where you are. When you reach the point where not a single thought is born and the before and after are cut off, you will suddenly advance into freedom. It's like the bottom falling out of a bucket. Then you experience joy. You explore the ultimate depths until you walk through the landscape of the primal ground and clearly see the original face. Then you will no longer have any doubts about what the Zen masters said.
