Wedding Mythen Region – Silent cognition, the mind self-enlightened, beholding the emptiness, love fades into silence!
Prayer and Meditation
Come in, o night, and cool this embers, this pain! From the tangle of feelings how can I save my heart! Where we were once so happy, I saw her again, and again, like years ago, my rest is gone. Blazing from the ashes rise flames that are now outrages. For she is no longer her own, alas, and is so lovely and blind.
Because a gloomy breath has never touched her purity, in her goodness she has no idea what kind of fire she is stoking with her smile. She appears harmless, childishly frank, delighted when I appear. But I, struck in the heart, oh, what can I do but flee!
Wedding Mythen Region
What is mature in these lines, what smilingly waves and pensively pleads, that should not sadden any child. Simplicity sowed it, melancholy blew through, longing drove it. And once the field is mowed, poverty walks through the stubble looking for ears of corn that have remained. Seek love that perishes for her, seek love that rises with her, seek love that she can love.
And if she is lonely and despises the night through, giving thanks in prayer, rubbing out the grain, she reads when the rooster crowed in the morning, what love received, what sorrow blew away, written on the field cross: "O star and flower, spirit and dress, love, sorrow and time and eternity!" The mysterious glow of the evening star wells up, so near and also so far, into my heart.
A different light glows inside, so close and also so far. The heart encloses it tightly, but it's as wide as the star. You golden ray of love, go, ask your star, will it stay away from you forever, forever, to your torment?
