Heaven’s Wedding – 100 Years – Heavenly Marriage – And when love tells her happiness, we listen to her!
Meditation Wedding Prayer
We move over mountains and valleys and across the wide sea. So draw about human torment and human happiness. We know what hides itself from the world in a silent breast, and what fills a lonely eye with nameless lust. And when pain torments the soul, we give it rest, and when love tells of its happiness, we listen to it. We look at many a cool grave where a person grieves, and shimmer down into the foliage where love swarms.
Heaven's Wedding
How fragrant the carnations breathe! Like the stars, a swarm of golden bees, anxiously shimmering in the violet-blue sky! The country house shines from the darkness of the chestnut trees, white and lustful, and I hear the glass door rattling and the dear voice whispering. Gentle trembling, sweet trembling, fearful, tender embrace.
And the young roses listen and the nightingales sing. What is mature in these lines, what smiles and waves and pensively begs, that should not sadden any child. Simplicity sowed it, melancholy blew through, longing drove it. And once the field is mowed, poverty walks through the stubble looking for ears of corn that have remained. Seek love that perishes for her, seek love that rises with her, seek love that she can love.
Lonely and despised all night long, grateful in prayer, rubbing out the grain, when the rooster crowed in the morning, she reads what love received, what sorrow has gone, written on the field cross: "O star and flower, spirit and dress, love , suffering and time and eternity!"
